Do unused GB roll over?
Monthly subscriptions roll over unused bandwidth for 30 days. Pay-as-you-go credits never expire.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-cycle?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime; unused GB from the current plan are prorated and applied to the new plan.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a 100MB residential trial on signup. Enterprise teams can request a custom trial through our sales team.
What is your refund policy?
Unused bandwidth on monthly plans is refundable within 48 hours of purchase. Pay-as-you-go credits are non-refundable once partially used.
